The 1 Month Focus Challenge

Commit to just 10 minutes a day for 7 days to increase your focus

You want to do something different, but you don’t know where to start.

Do you know that if you can constantly spend 30 minutes a day (for example from 8.30 pm – 9pm), you can definitely learn new thing? Or finishing any project(s) that you’re working on. Or finishing that book.

In which, all of these will lead you to create something powerful.

Maybe you had once felt like this reader:
• “All I know is that I want to do something different.”
• “I keep doing the same thing everyday.”
• “I keep checking my social media. Facebook, Instagram, reading news, or watching TV. And then I sleep. Repeat. Almost everyday…”
• “I see the cool things that others are doing and wish I were doing something cool like that too.”
• “I don’t know what I should focus on. I want to do something different, but I don’t know where to start.”

Since many years ago, you’ve been thinking of making a difference. Maybe you want to start a new business. Or a non-profit organization that could solve people’s problems.

Maybe you want to learn new thing. Or new skill. Or new language. Or finish reading that 1 particular book. Or finish writing something.

But you don’t have time to ‘create‘. You’re constantly being busy with ‘consuming‘ something on the net, a.k.a Facebook-ing.

All you need is a time. A time with a laser focus. You could start with 10, 20, or 30 minutes. Rome wasn’t built in a day, remember?

If you can spare some time to read some part of a book in 10 minutes, imagine how many days will you take to finish that 1 book?

The keyword is, “laser focus”. No internet connection, no mobile phone, and no TV for that 10 minutes.

Note: If you have kids, you can try to wake up earlier to get those 10 minutes before everyone else wakes up.

Hence, I would like to invite you to commit into this 1-month Focus Challenge.

Here’s what we will do:-

1. Commit to do something new continuously for one month, for 10 minutes or less. (e.g. Reading, writing, go for a walk, learn new language etc. – just pick one)

2. Tell people you know that you’re doing it (get them to join you!). Note: Having an Accountability buddy is surprisingly powerful method that can help you become incredibly productive and follow through on all those projects you’ve been postponing.

3. Do a final review every week & at the end of the 30 days — how did it go? What did you learn? What got in the way? What success did you create?
